At Therapy-Tree, I specialize in helping people navigate the messy & complicated parts of life—and for college students, that often means balancing independence, relationships, academics, and figuring out who you are meant to be.

Many of the students I work with share a common thread: they feel the weight of expectations. Sometimes it shows up as perfectionism, people-pleasing, anxiety about the future, or being hard on themselves when things don’t go perfectly. Others are feeling stuck and frozen, untangling relationship patterns, healing from past hurts, or learning how to trust themselves and set boundaries.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I meet you where you are and follow your lead—you’ll get tools, honest conversations, and a safe space where all parts of your story are welcome. Whether we’re exploring stress, identity, relationships, or healing from trauma, my focus is on helping you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself.

If you’re a student who wants to be more emotionally regulated, feel more confident, and grow in ways that matter to you, Therapy-Tree might be a good fit.
