What will our work look like? We create a space where you can talk openly about what's actually going on—the stress, the stuck points, the things that keep coming up. Together we'll look at why certain struggles exist or persist and what might be driving them beneath the surface.

I work with undergrads and graduate students navigating the particular pressures of high-achievement academic life: overwhelming anxiety, relationship difficulties, depression, questions about identity and purpose, impostor syndrome, or the nagging feeling that something's off even if everything looks fine on paper.

This isn't about quick fixes or life coaching. It's collaborative work aimed at genuine change—understanding yourself better so you can actually shift the patterns that aren't serving you. We move at your pace, and the goal is building real capacity for handling what life throws at you, not just managing symptoms.

I'm direct and engaged in sessions. You won't get platitudes or someone just nodding along. The therapeutic relationship matters here—we're working together, and that includes being honest when something isn't working or needs adjustment.

If this sounds like what you're looking for, check out my website or reach out directly.
