Anna Fink
The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of mental health care, and I see ours as a collaborative partnership. Your expertise is essential to building a space where you feel safe exploring challenges and acknowledging strengths in equal measure.
Previously, I worked in an outpatient private practice, providing mental health services to adults facing a range of concerns. I excelled at building long-term, meaningful relationships, and it was an honor to watch patients grow and become more confident in themselves. Many of the people I've partnered with have struggled with low self-esteem and anxiety, and I believe I've helped them feel more equipped to cope when things get hard.
My experience also includes working with young adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities, including ADHD, autism, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. I'm trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), problem-solving therapy (PST), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My practice draws on each of these, along with other methods I've learned to a lesser extent.
