Annah Wisotzkey
Annah works best with college students and young adults who feel stuck in the middle of big life transitions. Many of the students she supports are neurodivergent and feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or pressured to mask in order to fit in. Others are working through the impact of past family experiences that still show up in current relationships. They’re trying to understand who they are, manage expectations, and create healthier patterns without burning out.
Annah has 14 years of experience working with neurodivergent folks and young adults. She offers a warm, relaxed space where students feel welcomed as they are. Her style is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real conversations, using humor and thoughtful questions to help therapy feel less intimidating and more human. Sessions focus on building insight while also learning tools students can use in everyday life.
Students who struggled to connect with past therapists often feel comfortable with Annah quickly. She meets students where they are, moves at their pace while still offering gentle challenges, and prioritizes creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and genuinely understanding.
