I love working with college students to figure out what is going on beyond the words because sometimes it is not so clear. I work with clients on varying concerns. I know from personal experience how helpful and impactful therapy can be which is what ultimately led me to becoming a therapist.
I utilize a person-centered approach with my clients. Therapy with me is tailor-made to fit you. I provide a non-judgmental, comfortable environment where clients feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. There is nothing you can say that will surprise me, and I am here to work with you.
