Ashley Sullender, PsyD
I help students navigate the pressures of achievement, self-doubt, and life transitions - whether related to academics, relationships, health, or identity. Over the past few years, I’ve worked in university counseling centers, including a year at Georgia Tech's counseling center, supporting college students through challenges with anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, autism, and chronic health conditions. I am now in private practice, but love supporting young adults and college students! My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both compassion and practical strategies, helping you understand your patterns, build confidence, and create a life that feels both meaningful and sustainable.
I offer both in-person (Smyrna, GA) and telehealth therapy services. Contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are good fit to work together! You can call/text me at 770-847-6827 or email me at ashleysullender@rootstherapy.com.
You can learn more about me or schedule directly on my website! I would love to meet you!
