Hello and Welcome! I am an LCSW specializing in working with children, adolescents and young adults. With a deep passion for helping young individuals navigate life's challenges, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate and effective therapy. I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive environment. I believe in the power of building strong therapeutic relationships to foster growth and healing. By utilizing evidence-based techniques, I strive to empower young individuals to overcome obstacles and develop the necessary skills to thrive. I am committed to ensuring that every person I work with feels heard, validated, and supported on their journey towards emotional well-being and resilience.
First session will encompass introductory information and give us time to get to know each other better. This session is utilized to discuss logistics and identify the reason/s for therapy. Together we will identify goals and a treatment plan as well as session cadence. Sessions there after will comprise of making progress towards treatment goals and adjust as needed.
