College can ask a great deal of you, whether you are adjusting to undergraduate life, navigating the demands of graduate school, balancing school with work or family responsibilities, or trying to determine what comes next. You may look capable on the outside while privately feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted. The strategies that once helped you succeed may no longer feel like enough.
At Aspen Grove Counseling and Wellness, our therapists support college and graduate students navigating academic pressure, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship concerns, identity questions, family expectations, burnout, and significant life transitions. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what you are carrying, and find ways of moving forward that feel more sustainable and more connected to who you are.
You do not have to wait until things become unmanageable to seek support. We invite you to reach out, and we will help connect you with a therapist whose experience and approach may be a good fit for you.
