Are you tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you have to “keep it together” all the time? I support individuals who are often high-achieving or driven but find themselves feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of how to move forward, especially during times of transition or uncertainty. As a Mental Health Clinician with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into the therapeutic space. My work is grounded in supporting clients as they reconnect with themselves, navigate pressure, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
I tailor our work to honor the complexity of who you are, including your identities, experiences, and the systems that shape you. As a bi-racial woman, I understand how traditional models of therapy can overlook marginalized voices. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and safe enough to explore, grow, and heal at your own pace.
Whether you’re exploring identity, managing stress, processing past experiences, or simply seeking a space to rest and reflect, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing. Together, we’ll explore what growth looks like for you.
