I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with seven years of experience in psychiatry and medication management. I've had the privilege of helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds overcome a variety of mental health challenges stabilizing symptoms to promote improvement in daily functioning. Throughout my career, I've become increasingly passionate about the importance of accessible mental health care. I firmly believe that everyone should have access to high-quality mental health services, regardless of their age, socioeconomic status, or lifestyle. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that's accessible and inclusive to all. Whether you're struggling with a mental health issue for the first time or have been living with a condition for years, I'm here to help. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals, and I always strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where my clients can feel heard and supported.

I approach mental health with an open-mind and offer medication options, education and help seeking alternative treatment modalities such as Ketamine therapy and Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) when traditional medication management is not working appropriately for those who have not seen success after several medication trials. I approach medication management as a tool in achieving stabilization of symptoms to be utilized in conjunction with therapy and a positive mindset. I always encourage open communication with my patients. I prefer my patients reach out to me with any concerns or questions in relation to their treatment plan and overall care.

During a medication management session, I will conduct an assessment of your mental health, review medication options and effectiveness, and discuss any potential side effects and diagnoses. Adjustments to the medication plan are made as needed. I educate about medications and encourage open communication to address concerns and align the treatment plan with your goals. I ensure that my patients feel involved in their treatment plan.
