Welcome to Girasol Florido, LLC. I provide comprehensive counseling support to college students. I am bilingual, and also dedicate to creating a safe and inclusive space for students facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression and life transitions. As a trauma-informed counselor, I understand the impact of trauma on an individual's health and well-being, and approaches therapy with a compassionate and sensitive lens.
My goal is to help students navigate their emotional struggles, develop coping strategies, and empower them to lead fulfilling and balanced lives.
