Many of my clients experience stress, burnout, grief, or feelings of isolation as they care for a loved one while trying to navigate school and life transitions. My approach is mindfulness-based, practical, and supportive, helping students develop coping strategies, set boundaries, and reconnect with their own needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, or the emotional weight of caregiving, I provide a space where you can feel heard and supported. You don’t have to manage everything alone—I’m here to help.
