I love working with clients who are open to utilizing mindfulness to help them to respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and feelings in order to live out their most important values and create the life they desire. I practice both ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I also enjoy working with clients who want to work through spiritual/religious concerns and or utilize their spirituality/faith to help them on their journey.
