Welcome! Seeking counseling for yourself, a child, or a teen is an important step, and I commend you for taking it. I specialize in working with children, parents, and adolescents, and I'm here to support you through this journey. When working with you, I take an integrative approach, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Behavior Reinforcement, and Trauma Focused CBT. My goal is to help individuals understand their stressors, manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, cope with grief, and boost their overall confidence and self-esteem to live a happy well well-balanced life.

I hold a Master's degree (MA) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Registered Play Therapist. My specialties include children and adolescent mental/behavioral health, anger management, adhd, anxiety, behavior challenges, depression, and life transitions. I can also provide faith-based counseling upon request.
