I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with college students. I am trained as a generalist and work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, relational concerns, and substance use issues. I specialize in eating disorders. I am also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and integrate Health at Every Size (HAES) and body neutrality into my clinical work. My approach is evidence-based and grounded in the therapeutic relationship. I strive to provide a safe, affirming, and honest space where clients can feel heard, seen, and connected.
