Compassion and collaboration are key elements in growing through any life circumstance. Together, we can build a foundation to move forward with insight, hope, and change.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process that brings your unique life circumstances and experiences to a safe and warm environment. While growth and change are a life-long process, each challenge can be addressed within a supportive counseling relationship to bring awareness and change. In working from a client-centered perspective, my goal is to work side by side and help you achieve the life you desire. My approach to therapy is largely client-centered wherein I strive to make each client feel comfortable and safe, while simultaneously exploring a cognitive-behavioral model, psychodynamic aspects, trauma-focused, and interpersonal interventions.

I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Georgia and completed my clinical internship with college students at Georgia Southern University.

I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, self-concept, family/relational concerns, infertility and perinatal loss, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, life transitions, and men’s concerns. Additionally, I provide assessments in the areas of psychoeducational assessment, ADHD, learning disabilities, and bariatric assessments. Please feel free to ask me any questions about therapy services or assessment opportunities. I currently offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
