You may feel stuck in the same patterns: having the same argument with your partner, overthinking every decision, or knowing something needs to change but not knowing where to start. I work with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. Therapy can help slow those patterns down, understand what is driving them, and create more intentional ways of responding so you can feel more connected, grounded, and confident in your relationships and everyday life.
My style is collaborative, curious, and down-to-earth. I help clients understand the patterns beneath their distress while also building practical ways to communicate, regulate emotions, and respond differently. I draw from relational, attachment-based, and evidence-informed approaches tailored to each client or couple.
Finding the right therapist matters. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change, I would be glad to talk with you about what you are looking for and whether working together feels like a good fit.
