Enjolie-Rose Trinh
Does the word “people-pleaser” apply to you? Do you find yourself often swept away in the whirlwind of other people’s troubles? Is it challenging to get what you need and want from others? Have you maybe become aware of some trauma and want to begin healing from it? Are you ready and motivated to grow more as a person and live a more authentic life? I can help! I believe that clients are the experts of their own lives. I’m here to help you access your own power to create the changes you want to see. Also, I incorporate a holistic and feminist approach, inviting clients to discuss and process systemic and cultural issues.
My focus is to create a safe, validating, and nonjudgmental environment for you to explore any and all elements of yourself, your life, and your connections with others. I often work with people struggling with codependency, trauma, and relationship/family issues as well as anxiety and depression. My clients learn to better regulate their emotions, improve communication skills, increase self-confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, feel empowered, explore life goals and values, and identify what they want in their lives. I have training in treating trauma and skill-building.
I work with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. My hours vary for easy accessibility. I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have. You are so brave in taking this first, and often hardest, step towards your goal. I hope to walk alongside you on your journey to achieve it.
