As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. I also work with clients experiencing relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and family-related concerns.

My approach is person-centered, creating a safe and supportive space where you feel truly heard. I also use CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies to help you build coping skills, manage challenges, and make meaningful changes in your life.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
