I specialize in helping clients overcome OCD, perfectionism and anxiety disorders (including phobias, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic and worry/generalized anxiety). My approach to therapy is compassionate and nonjudgmental while also being encouraging and change-oriented.

In our work together, we'd build awareness of unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that fuel anxiety and perfectionism and keep you stuck. From there, we would use evidence-based therapy approaches (CBT, ERP and I-CBT) to address your unique needs and provide you with skills to reduce anxiety and move towards a valued life.
