I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults and have experience in many different settings such as the local school system and most recently at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. I strive to welcome clients with warmth and non judgment and create a space that feels safe for honesty and growth. My specialties are working with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, chronic illnesses/pain, grief and life transitions.
I believe the relationship is the most important piece of the therapy process and plan to meet you wherever you feel comfortable, whether that is using art or taking a walk outside. As your therapist, I hope to empower you and to provide a safe place to process life’s journey, whatever that looks like for you.
