Many of the students I work with share something in common: they’re trying to juggle a lot at once. Between classes, assignments, work, relationships, and figuring out their future, life can feel overwhelming. Some struggle with stress and anxiety, others with low motivation, mood changes, or difficulty focusing. And many feel like they have to hold it all together on their own.
In our work together, I provide a supportive space where you don’t have to have all the answers. My goal is to help you sort through what feels heavy, build tools to manage stress, and find balance so you can feel more like yourself again.
You don’t need to know all the “right words” or have it figured out before you start—we’ll work together to make sense of what you’re going through.
If you’re a student who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for extra support, this is a place where you can be honest, breathe easier, and move forward at your own pace.
