College life can feel like a lot—whether you're dealing with major changes, feeling stuck, or just need someone to talk to. I'm here to listen, support you, and help you make sense of everything that's going on. I bring warmth, honesty, and humor to the sessions, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy.

I’ve been doing this work for over 11 years, and I especially love working with:
-Students going through big transitions (starting school, preparing for what’s next)
-People unpacking family and generational stuff—especially if you're trying to break cycles and find your own voice
-BIPOC students navigating cultural expectations, identity, and the pressure of systemic stress
