I work best with college students and young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in the middle of big life transitions. Many of the students I see are high-functioning on the outside but carry a lot of pressure, self-doubt, or guilt on the inside. They may be navigating family expectations, relationship stress, identity questions, or the weight of “what comes next” after college.

Often, these students grew up taking care of others, minimizing their own needs, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace. Therapy is a space where they don’t have to do that anymore. We slow things down, make sense of patterns, and build steadiness, confidence, and healthier boundaries so life feels more manageable and more like their own.
