Hi! I'm Julia. It often occurs to me that the 20's and a lot of young adulthood is like a second round of adolescence. Life is complicated and we can't be expected to find out who we are after a few years of soul searching in our teen years. Young adulthood is when many truly begin to nail down who they want to be and what kind of life they align with. This is why I find it so fulfilling to work with young adults.
I specialize in OCD, anxiety, and life transitions. Im happy to walk beside you while you take a look at your values and your dreams and figure out what feels right for you. To sit with you while you experience many firsts; jobs, relationships, breakups, whatever may come your way. My work is deeply relational, person centered, and trauma informed. With my training in art therapy, I can also offer a unique way to process and navigate feelings when it feels like words are not enough.
If it sounds like we would be a good fit then please reach out and I very much look forward to meeting you!
