Sacred Forest Counseling, LLC
College can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming. Whether you're adjusting to campus life, feeling stressed or burned out, struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, eating concerns, dissociation, low self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone.
At Sacred Forest Counseling, I strive to provide an unconditionally accepting space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
I also offer a unique nature-informed approach to counseling for students who find healing and clarity through connecting with nature. From my experience and current research from the EcoPsychology field, it can be said that healing often happens when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and draw wisdom from the natural world.
Whether we meet outdoors or virtually, therapy is always tailored to your individual needs and goals.
I have experience working with undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. students and understand the unique pressures that can come with balancing academics, relationships, work, and personal well-being.
If you're wondering whether we'd be a good fit, I'd love to connect. Reach out today to see if Sacred Forest Counseling is the right place to support your journey.
