I have advocated for and worked with youth and young adults for several years. I have experience in stress management, anxiety, depression, social skill development and college and career planning. I work collaboratively with clients to foster emotional wellbeing and personal growth. With experience in both therapeutic and educational settings, I work with students, families, and adults to create a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive.
I am also a Certified School Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor who provides both individual and group counseling services. Using an integrative and solution-focused approach, I help individuals build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change.
Whether in therapy or school counseling, my goal is to empower clients to navigate their unique journeys with confidence!
