Are you struggling with relationships, trauma, or self-compassion? As humans, we want to connect and feel a sense of safety, security, and curiosity about ourselves and the world around us. Together we can work to overcome past hurt and present-day anxieties to build stronger connections and live more fully. As a relational therapist, my goal is to build a genuine, collaborative relationship with my clients where we work together to explore experiences, set meaningful goals, and experiment with new ways being.
I use a blend of methodologies tailored to each client's needs, drawing from training in EMDR, IFS, Gottman, EFT, AEDP, and Somatic approaches. I enjoy drawing from a social justice and intersectional lens which pairs well with my interpersonal and conversational style.
