Margot Gaggini
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or just trying to navigate the stress of college life, you’re not alone. I’m Margot and I’m a clinical trainee at Columbia University.
In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood. I use a compassionate, trauma-informed approach and draw from DBT, CBT, and family systems work.
I support students dealing with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, OCD, learning challenges, life transitions, and the impact of trauma. Before training as a therapist, I worked in schools supporting children and families, which taught me how deeply systems affect mental health.
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, valued, and empowered, and my goal is to walk alongside you in that process.
