Marielle Duke, LPC, RDT
If you are here, you may be neurodivergent or disabled. You may be juggling multiple identities that don't feel accepted in today's world. You may be learning how to feel safe-enough in a world that doesn't feel built for you. In 2026, that may feel like an uphill battle.
There are so few moments in our lives when we get to show up as our whole selves without fear of judgment. If you are considering therapy, I believe a part of you knows you deserve a space like that- a space where you dig deep, be messy, laugh, cry, and grow. I want to help create that space for you and with you.
Some days, you don't want to just sit and talk about your trauma. I get that. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Drama Therapist, I get to expand beyond traditional talk therapy with my clients. In sessions, I utilize a variety of creative arts and trauma-centered interventions to help clients build back their relationship to their core self, address current concerns, and develop new paths towards healing.
As a disability justice-based and neurodivergent therapist, I have extensive experience working with clients with chronic illnesses and PTSD. Through therapy, we can explore how to honor and celebrate individual identities while developing coping tools to navigate social, societal, and environmental barriers that may appear.
I work in sessions to create a space that feels attuned to you and your healing. I never want virtual therapy to feel like you are talking to a robot behind a screen, and I strive to show up as an authentic, honest, and compassionate human in all my sessions. We may find ourselves laughing together one moment and having a deep, emotional exploration the next. I work to build genuine connections and communication with each client where they can be unmasked.
Healing Unscripted is a small practice on purpose and with purpose. While I can't make the world shift overnight, I can work hard to make your therapy sessions feel like a space you can be your true self without fear of judgement.
