College can be a naturally high stress period during your life. I’m here to help.

With a career spanning business and higher education administration, I am equipped to support students as they navigate this critical transition period in their life. Providing guidance and support for students in highly competitive and high-pressure environments is a cornerstone of my experience as a master's program coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League institution.

For many, college is less of an exciting journey and more of an overwhelming burden. As an Asian American, LGBTQ+ therapist, I am passionate about addressing the unique cultural and intergenerational dynamics that can shape your mental health experiences.

My therapeutic style is client-forward and we’ll work together to identify, understand, and alleviate the pressure points in your life.

Feel free to reach out for a consultation – I look forward to our work together!
