My approach is systemic, meaning that I take all factors into consideration – past, present and future.

I focus on supporting issues related to anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, substance use, body image issues, trauma and relationship struggles.

I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies, Master’s in Social Work and a post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addictions Counselor. I have completed training as an Intuitive Eating Counselor through The Original Intuitive Eating Pros and Eye-movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and IFS foundational training.
