Welcome! I'm so glad you've found your way here. College can be an exciting time, but it can also come with stress, old wounds that resurface, anxiety, and moments where you’re just not sure who you are or where you’re headed. Therapy can be a space to slow down, breathe, and talk honestly about what’s going on - without judgment. My goal is to create a place where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe to figure things out at your own pace.
We’ll work together to understand the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that might be keeping you stuck, while also tapping into the strengths you already have (even if you don’t always feel them). I see therapy as more than “fixing problems”—it’s also about reconnecting with yourself, growing in confidence, and building a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you want to be.
I use an individualized, integrative approach—drawing from psychodynamic therapy, relational work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—because there’s no one-size-fits-all path to healing. This means we’ll explore your past and present experiences, uncover what’s behind certain reactions or habits, and bring compassion to every part of you.
