College can be exciting, but it can also bring a lot of pressure, uncertainty, and change. You may be dealing with anxiety, relationship or family stress, difficult emotions, academic pressure, or questions about who you are and where you're headed. You might also notice old patterns showing up in new ways as you become more independent.

I work with college students and young adults to better understand what they're experiencing, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships and communication, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges. My style is warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I'll give you space to be yourself and talk openly, while also offering support, new perspectives, and gentle challenges when they can help you grow.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin with what's happening for you right now and work together from there.
