I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has the privilege of living and working in this amazing community! I work with adults, teens, and adolescent clients both in-person and virtually throughout Colorado.
My therapeutic orientation stems from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which I utilize in my work with adults, teens, and adolescents to improve communication skills, process and work through trauma, and manage anxiety, depression, anger and stress. I pride myself on being present and walking alongside my clients to help equip them with tools to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
