🗓 Start Date: November 4th, 2025 — Open Enrollment
📅 Meets: Every Tuesday, 6:00–7:00 PM
💻 Format: Virtual (Telehealth)
👥 Who: All female-identifying individuals, 18+
I work best with individuals who feel deeply but often struggle to make sense of those emotions. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying the weight of trauma, relational wounds, or identity confusion, often compounded by cultural or neurodivergent experiences. They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or disconnected from others and themselves. In our work together, they’re not just looking for coping tools, but for clarity, healing, and self-compassion. My goal is to offer a space where they can safely explore who they are, process what they've lived through, and begin building a life that feels more grounded.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating trauma, identity development, and emotional overwhelm. I tailor each session to your unique needs—whether that means building concrete coping skills, processing difficult memories, or helping you reconnect with your sense of self.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying so much on your own for a long time. Whether you're feeling emotionally exhausted, uncertain about your future, or just needing a space where you don't have to explain everything, you're not alone. I offer a space where your story will be heard with care and without judgment.
