I specialize in therapy for late teens (16+) and adults with OCD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, challenging family dynamics, athletes and those who love and support athletes, those wanting to work on relationship difficulties.

Using an integrative approach, I draw from evidence-based techniques including exposure and response prevention (ERP), person-centered, attachment-relational, trauma-informed, EMDR therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I have additional training in ERP for OCD and phobias.
