It's normal to feel anxious and stressed while in college, and to experience some conflicts and other concerns. I specialize in anger management, anxiety, depression, and insomnia/sleep problems. Therapy isn't just for severe mental illness; just as you have a Primary Care Physician (PCP) you go to as needed, why not have a therapist you can go to as needed to address emotional and mental health needs? Allow me to support you in managing what you are experiencing. Even though I am virtual-only at this time, in the future I will be providing in-person sessions as well.
