Rose House Counseling
Maybe you're the person everyone comes to when they need help, but lately you're realizing you could use some support, too. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your thoughts, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Perhaps you know what you should do, but struggle to feel better. I work with young adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-worth, relationships, trauma, and major life transitions. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and build practical tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
I offer warm, collaborative telehealth therapy grounded in CBT and trauma-informed care. We'll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and body while developing strategies for managing anxiety, setting boundaries, improving relationships, and building self-compassion. My goal is to help you understand yourself and create change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you're used to handling things on your own. Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you're carrying. Sometimes, the first step is simply having a safe place to begin.
