You have done the hard work of getting to college, but it is not going as you hoped it would. Maybe you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed. Maybe you are struggling to find meaningful connections. Maybe you are beginning to engage in habits or behaviors that you know do not serve you well. You wish you had an adult to talk to who will truly listen- not to fix, but to help clarify what might be getting in your way and support you in finding your most authentic, empowered path forward. Each session will provide space for you to share and develop insight, build skills in emotional regulation and communication, and become more confident in who you are and how you would like to move forward. I look forward to supporting you in this process!
