I understand that college can be a stressful time, and searching for a therapist can be intimidating!

I work with adolescents and adults, with clinical interests that include the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and neurodivergence. My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person-centered orientation that emphasizes collaboration, authenticity, and trust within the therapeutic relationship. I also integrate techniques from cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies. It is so important for me to tailor my approach to fit what works best for you!
