To keep high-quality care accessible, we are in-network with BCBS PPO and Aetna PPO. Our team specializes in anxiety, ADHD, career burnout, and trauma recovery (EMDR), alongside relationship intimacy (EFT and Sex Therapy Informed care). Whether you’re navigating a major life transition or seeking relationship repair, we provide the practical tools and empathetic support you need to find an intentional path forward.
