I work with college students and emerging adults navigating stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My style is straightforward yet compassionate, blending honesty with empathy. I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT-informed skills, somatic techniques, and solution-focused therapy to help clients build practical skills and move forward with confidence. I do offer sliding scale options so that therapy is affordable to everyone.
