Since 2015 I have worked with individuals coming from an array of backgrounds, challenges, circumstances, and stories. Having worked with professionals from diverse specialties (psychological, psychiatric, medical, occupational, nursing) I like to take a collaborative and eclectic approach to mental health and therapy. Regardless of a person's background it is possible to achieve relief from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and relational challenges.
