Zach Schultz
As a provider, I work with diverse college students to help individuals navigate their experiences with mental health and a wide range of comorbid diagnoses, including anxiety depression and personality disorders. I use evidence-based therapies for this work. As a person-centered therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients. Together, we design their therapy to be effective for them.
Everyone deserves the psychological freedom to live a rich and full life. As a therapist with an integrative perspective, the therapy I offer is sensitively tailored to help individuals gain the lasting ability to find their own paths. This helps them navigate life on their own terms. I integrate behavioral, cognitive, and psychodynamic theories and practices in a uniquely personalized and holistic way. Clients can expect a range of support depending on what fits their needs. Depending on which therapeutic modalities fit best, our work together can include open-ended and targeted approaches. It can also include talk therapy, skills training, various forms of psychoeducation, independent and cooperative exercises, and various assessments. Of course, all of these methods can be effective when supporting those experiencing depression, anxiety, or even more complex personality disorders. This integration is central to what I view as equitable, culturally responsive, and person-centered care.
Therapy can be a transformative process. Importantly, I also support individuals managing personality disorders, depression and anxiety, or combinations of these mental health concerns. I do this through each stage of their journey in Oregon and Washington.
