I work with young adults who feel disconnected from themselves and others, struggling with feelings of loneliness, self-doubt, or the sense that something is missing in their lives. If you’re struggling to understand who you are or how to connect with the people and things that matter most to you, I’m here to help. Many of my clients have experienced childhood trauma or challenging family dynamics, which can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and isolation. Together, we’ll explore your past with compassion and focus on building the skills needed to create relationships that reflect your true self. In our work together, I’ll follow your lead. This is your journey, and I’m here to listen without judgment. As we uncover what’s causing you pain or confusion, I’ll offer tools and skills in a collaborative way to help you manage overwhelming emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and build better communication. If anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles have left you feeling stuck, I offer a supportive space for you to heal and grow. You deserve to be understood and empowered to live life on your terms. Let’s work together to help you create authentic connections, reclaim your sense of self, and find peace in your relationships.

Hi, welcome to my practice! My main goal is to help you rediscover your true self. My approach to psychotherapy is holistic. Healing is most effective if it addresses the full range of the human experience, including body, mind and spirit. This understanding is rooted in my personal journey of healing in different wisdom traditions of the world. I have received training in shamanic traditions of South, Central, and North America. I completed my yoga teacher training in India, studied massage therapy in Thailand and have practiced Chinese martial arts for several years. Additionally, I worked for three years as a wilderness field guide in a wilderness treatment program with and emphasis on addiction. In my practice, I focus on somatic or body-based therapy, as well internal family systems and transpersonal psychotherapy. Some of my areas of expertise are trauma, addiction, sexuality, identity, anxiety and depression. I do talk therapy, as well as ketamine and cannabis-assisted therapy. I am devoted to being an unconditional support to my clients, walking beside them as they heal their deepest wounds and rediscover the wisdom of their body along the way.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here! I am a licensed therapist, certified IFS level 3 trained, and group facilitator with a deep appreciation for the complexity of the human experience. Do you feel stuck in old patterns? Do you long for a life more aligned with your values and authentic self? Through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy I will support you with anything you may be carrying or working through. You might be carrying a lot of responsibility and yearning for steadier support, and the confidence to follow through on your intentions. Do you struggle to trust yourself and want to feel more grounded and empowered? Perhaps you’ve been wrestling with inner critics and protective parts, feeling drained or burnt out, and you’re longing for more compassion, emotional steadiness, and renewed vitality. Through dynamic approaches of IFS and somatic awareness, I support those with complex trauma, those navigating time at University, those seeking plant medicine preparation and integration, therapists and other space holders, addiction and cycle breaking, leaders and entrepreneurs, expats and nomads, and those navigating the many layers of grief. You don’t have to struggle alone. Finding balance and well being is possible, and you deserve support that meets you exactly where you are. Together we can foster resilience, clarity, and self-trust so you can move through life with more ease. If you feel ready, I invite you to email me for a free 20-minute consultation! I am in network with Kaiser, United Healthcare, and Aetna. I provide receipts for reimbursement for out of network insurance.

Sometimes words don't cut it. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking a safe space to explore your inner world? Art therapy uses tools that take traditional talk therapy to the next level by giving you an embodied experience. The heart of my practice is believing people are their own experts. You are the ONLY you with your exact values, experiences, routines, heartaches, and desires. I want you to feel seen, foster a deeper understanding of your journey, and find answers and solace through your own innate intuition. If you're new to art therapy you may not be aware of how creativity can open new doors of understanding and connection. Sometimes we get stuck on a judgmental message from 1st grade that we aren’t “good” at artmaking. Well, I say forget that! You ARE inherently creative and it’s okay to heal using both the logical AND intuitive sides of your brain. You get to lead at your comfort level and I will authentically support you using tools and techniques (whether open-ended or more structured) to guide you. If you are seeking space to work through an issue you're having, improve self-esteem, cope with anxiety or depression, manage stress, deal with relationship or parenting issues, process trauma, or just vent, consider reaching out to me.

I provide meaning-centered counseling for individuals navigating trauma, chronic pain, and long-standing stress. My practice is grounded in the belief that experiences are held not only as memories or thoughts, but also within the nervous system as patterns shaped over time. When appropriate, I integrate body-based tools and insight-oriented approaches, supporting students who may understand their experiences intellectually yet continue to feel trapped in how their body responds. Work is paced, collaborative, and attentive to context, readiness, and lived experience rather than quick symptom fixes. My services are offered through in-person sessions in Frisco, Texas, and via secure telehealth across the state. My private practice is self-pay. For those wanting to use insurance, I also see clients through Legacy Trails Therapy, where select plans are accepted under supervisory billing. This can be discussed during consultation.

I believe issues in our lives arise from a lack of connection to others and to the internal parts within ourselves. Once we strengthen these connections and resolve inner conflict, we are able to reach a state of feeling more integrated and authentic. You are the expert of yourself and I will honor that in our work together. As a counselor, I view my role as walking next to you while you process the areas of your life that are troubling you. We will know you have gotten what you needed from our work together when you feel empowered to navigate your life's challenges confidently.

The Journey to Your Internal Compass Starts with One Step. We cannot control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond. It takes courage to seek help for personal struggles. Therapy is like having a compass. The compass provides a sense of safety for travelers as they know they can rely on it to always point them in the right direction. With a compass—any compass—we can always pause for a moment in time and take stock of where we are so that we can continue to grow and change. All of us must change course from time to time because what we are doing isn’t working. If you are struggling with addiction, alcoholism, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or trauma, allow me the honor to walk alongside you as you take the steps to the authentic you and discover your internal compass. I use evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs to help clients attain and maintain long-term sobriety, improve relationships and well-being. I offer a safe and confidential environment on telehealth software. Healing happens within relationships and it's crucial you find a therapist you connect with. Call or email me today. Let’s walk this journey together.
