I believe issues in our lives arise from a lack of connection to others and to the internal parts within ourselves. Once we strengthen these connections and resolve inner conflict, we are able to reach a state of feeling more integrated and authentic. You are the expert of yourself and I will honor that in our work together. As a counselor, I view my role as walking next to you while you process the areas of your life that are troubling you. We will know you have gotten what you needed from our work together when you feel empowered to navigate your life's challenges confidently.
You might feel like you're always searching for the thing, the right practice, the perfect insight, the magic fix that will finally make you feel whole, real, or enough. You’ve read all the books, done all the self-help, and still feel stuck in the same patterns, disconnected from yourself and the world around you. Or maybe you’re painfully aware of all your struggles but don’t know how to move forward. Here’s the truth: you don’t need to be fixed. Healing isn’t about doing more, working harder, or becoming someone different. It starts with being, with slowing down, noticing, and meeting yourself with curiosity rather than criticism I help clients shift from doing to being by building non-judgmental awareness and self-acceptance. This becomes solid ground from which real change can emerge. Using mindfulness, relational and bodily awareness we’ll explore how to soften survival patterns, expand your capacity to be with yourself, and cultivate a sense of aliveness, connection, and trust. I offer a grounded, relational space where we move with our patterns, not against them. Together, we’ll explore how your nervous system has adapted to past experiences and how to build skills that work with your unique body and life. If this resonates, reach out for a free consultation.I’d love to connect. I meet virtually and accept Medicaid and private pay

Students I work with often have a lot on their plate and feel stuck trying to manage it all. You might be dealing with anxiety, feeling down, struggling in your relationships, or unsure of your direction. Even if things look “fine” on the outside, you may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated by patterns that don’t seem to change. Many of the students I work with are motivated for things to be different, even if they’re not sure how to get there yet. You may have tried to figure things out on your own but feel ready for support that is practical and actually helps you move forward. In our work together, I focus on what’s already working in your life and help you build from there. Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and centered around your goals. You can expect a supportive space where you feel heard, gain clarity, and take manageable steps toward feeling better, improving your relationships, and creating meaningful change.

Therapy shouldn’t feel like a clinical interrogation. After seven years working with young people inside Colorado schools, I know that just opening up to someone new takes incredible guts. Because effective therapy relies on a strong therapeutic alliance, I prioritize tailored human connection over rigid assessment & clinical stuffiness, laying the groundwork for us to work as true partners in the process.

At Congruency Counseling, we genuinely love working with college students and young adults. This season of life is exciting, challenging, and full of possibility—you’re emotionally aware, figuring out who you are, and still open to growth and change. There’s so much of your future ahead of you, and that can feel both hopeful and overwhelming at the same time. Many students come to us feeling anxious about school stress, friendships, dating relationships, or the pressure of figuring out what’s next. You might notice anxiety when thinking about your future, feel stuck in self-doubt, or struggle with low mood, confidence, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. You don’t have to go through that alone. We work with clients of all ages, and we have special care and experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, self-esteem, self-confidence, and the general desire to grow and live life more fully. Our goal is to offer a supportive, honest, and encouraging space where you can better understand yourself, build healthier patterns, and move toward the life you want. We’d love for you to consider Congruency Counseling as a resource and a place to be supported as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself.
You’re doing your best to manage, but something still feels stuck. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, painful past experiences, relationship struggles, or neurodivergence, these challenges can feel overwhelming. You’re tired of just getting by and want relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose and stability. Through therapy, we'll explore how past experiences shape present dynamics and create space for decisions rooted in intentionality. You’re not interested in surface-level fixes—you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, shift long-standing patterns, and feel more grounded and connected in your life and relationships. I offer insight therapy that helps build resilience, deepen emotional awareness, and encourage healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we create a supportive space for reflection and growth, guiding you toward meaningful change and greater well-being. My approach is warm, intuitive, and genuine—rooted in curiosity, trust, and openness. Starting therapy is a courageous step toward clarity and self-understanding. I offer a compassionate, attentive space where every part of you is welcomed—including the parts you're still making sense of or learning to embrace. If you're ready to open yourself to authentic change, I invite you to reach out. We can begin that transformation, together.
My commitment to you is to always meet you where you are, to work closely to gain an understanding of your goals, and help you implement the necessary skills and interventions to achieve those goals. I pride myself on being "all in" for my clients: being fully present, understanding people's journeys, and seeing where they're coming from and where they're headed. Solving problems and celebrating progress—these are the steps we'll take together on your journey.
Anxiety, stress, and sadness are a normal part of life. At times these feelings can take over and inhabit multiple area's of life in a profoundly negative way. As a therapist, I offer an empathetic, non-judgmental, supportive, and encouraging space for emerging and young adults to explore area's of life that feel off. I work with my clients to understand the unique experiences brought to counseling. Treating someone as a person, not a diagnosis that needs to be fixed is essential in healing.
Everyone carries a story, and some chapters take immense courage to face.
