Many folks who sit with me share the weight of being a human in a world that does not seem to honor, value, or support them. It can feel exhausting to continue carrying our wounded selves through a sea of ongoing oppression and late stage capitalism. All the while, we continue to feel the pain of our childhood wounding and challenges with relationship and connection. It can feel overwhelming and hopeless. How do we find our way in all of this? Sometimes when I sit with others, I imagine we are sitting at a table where you can lay out all the many wounds, fears, disappointments, losses, and challenges of being a human. Together, we can look at each challenge and honor it. We honor what it has to say, what teaching it has, what pain it carries. Somehow, in the process of holding this space, we often find the tightness of the pain loosens. In this process, we develop a greater capacity for holding and processing emotion, paving the way for a richer life. As we move forward, we often discover a greater capacity for joy, connection, fulfillment, and love! After all, this is another hallmark of being human, finding joy and love alongside the pain and challenge. If you're interested in sitting at the table with me, please reach out for a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!

“I get nervous and suddenly feel like I cannot speak.” “My emotions and thoughts feel out of my control.” “I feel disconnected and stuck.” You are not alone. I aim to support you in reconnecting with your authenticity. We will work at your pace to strengthen your mind-body connection so you can identify your needs and choices. As a somatic psychotherapist and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist (R-D/MT), I offer an integrative, body-centered approach to therapy that supports healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change. You deserve a space where your story is honored, your pain is witnessed, and your healing feels possible. As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with individuals and couples who are ready to reconnect with themselves, process what’s been holding them back, and move forward with clarity and self-trust. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all — and it shouldn't be. I meet you exactly where you are, with compassion and curiosity, and we collaborate to create a path forward that feels authentic to you. I hold the belief that you are the expert of your life; my role is to help you access the wisdom and resilience you already carry within. In our work together, we’ll gently explore how past experiences show up in your present — in your thoughts, your relationships, and in your body. I integrate EMDR, somatic approaches, parts work, mindfulness, and nervous system education to help you not just understand yourself, but feel more whole and empowered in daily life. Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — and leave feeling more confident, self-aware, and capable of navigating life with intention. I offer gender-affirming care and a welcoming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ clients, BIPOC, and anyone seeking healing without judgment. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Together, we’ll build the foundation for the change you’re ready for.

Hi, I’m Gwen! I’m so glad you’re here. Life comes with change, unexpected turns, and seasons that can sometimes leave us feeling unsure of what comes next. My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel supported, understood, and comfortable showing up as your authentic self. I’m especially passionate about supporting perinatal and postpartum mothers, couples, and families as they adjust to the joys and challenges of growing and changing together. Whether it’s your first baby or your fourth, every experience is different, and I would be honored to walk alongside you through each chapter. I also enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults as they work through the challenges unique to their stage of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and the Gottman Method. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, build practical tools for managing emotions and relationships, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable. I believe therapy isn’t about telling you who to be or how to live, but creating a space where you can better understand yourself and move toward the life and relationships you want.

The clients who see me, often hate to admit that they have reached a place where you need to ask for help. Normally, they can handle just about anything, but the fights, the disconnection and the wondering how they got here is taking up nearly all of their mental space. They feel like second fiddle in their relationship and they just can't take it anymore. The silence between them feels so loud. They know they need to talk about their feelings, but they aren't sure where to start. They feel alone and confused. This is where I come in. I've been working with individuals & couples since 2015 and I know how to help. While I welcome everyone, I specialize in betrayal recovery, helping couples decide whether they stay or go in their relationship and premarital therapy. I use Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with my clients. Gottman Method makes sure that you are receiving practical tips and homework on how to take the work home. EFT is experiential couples work that helps the two of you emotionally attune to one another in real time. This approach, empowers my clients to make confident decisions by offering stabilizing, organized, structured work. You don't have to suffer alone. Reach out! I offer free consultations to all potential clients.

Offering therapy sessions in-person from my office in West Arvada, and convenient virtual sessions from anywhere in CO, MT, VT, ID and FL! The jump into adulthood is a wild ride. Even if you seem like you’ve “got it together,” there’s a lot happening—new social circles, changing relationships, big life decisions, and school or work stress that can feel like… a lot. It’s normal to need extra support while figuring out who you are and how you want to show up in the world. I create a safe, judgment-free space where you can talk it out, process what’s going on, and actually feel heard. We’ll work on developing effective coping strategies, building your confidence, learning how to set boundaries, and communicate effectively with those in your life. Sometimes it’s easier to open up to someone outside your everyday life—someone who can help you see things from a different angle without the drama. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations of children and young adults, and I’m passionate about helping people overcome obstacles and thrive. My approach is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and honest. I strive to meet people exactly where they are and support them in moving toward their goals. I grew up in Vermont, lived in Hawai‘i, NYC, and Denver and now call Whitefish, Montana home. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking in the mountains, relaxing at the lake, at a live show, or hanging out with my rescue dog, Hendrix.

I'm a Somatic Therapist in Longmont, CO, working with tech professionals and multicultural clients, in person and virtually across the state. I spent years as a computer programmer before becoming a therapist and know "always on" work culture from the inside. I also immigrated to the U.S. from Japan as a child. My sessions work with the body directly, through sensation, breath, and movement, alongside talk therapy. I'm also Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and draw on years of Aikido and improvisational theater in my work. My clients include BIPOC, immigrant, and diaspora students balancing multiple cultures, students managing a health or medical diagnosis alongside school, and people early in a tech-track career already burned out.

Hi there! My name is Lizzy, and I’m so glad you’re here. As a Highly Sensitive Person, I’m passionate about working with individuals who feel things deeply—those who are attuned to their environments, sensitive to others’ emotions, and sometimes struggle to regulate their own big feelings. I also support people who experience anxiety, including situational anxiety. Maybe you don’t feel anxious all the time, but you notice it spiking in certain situations—like when meeting new people, navigating your romantic life, or worrying about failing or disappointing others. I have extensive experience working with individuals whose brains are still developing their emotional regulation skills, and I truly love what I do. This work not only helps me continue to grow as a professional, but also supports others in building resilience, self-awareness, and authenticity.

At some point, many people realize that what they're doing is no longer working, but they're not sure what to do to fix it. I specialize in people (13+) and families who are dealing with conflict, self-defeating behaviors, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, loneliness, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or questions of identity. Through my practice, I've successfully helped clients move past issues that have blocked them from living fully, completely, and whole-heartedly. While working with me, they've been able to find more joy, happiness, success, and peace in the areas of their life that matter most to them. Together, we'll build your self-awareness, develop clarity on your goals and values, and foster an understanding of where you're coming from and where you'd like to go. I use several evidence-based modalities to help my clients do that, but the most important aspect of my practice is my relational, non-judgmental, open, direct, and clear approach. My work matters deeply to me and I feel a strong calling to give my clients my best, session after session. There's no better feeling I get than when my clients sense their progress and recognize that their life is changing in ways they've always longed for. If any of this has resonated with you, please don't hesitate to reach out. Let's talk.
