Welcome! Many women in college come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure, often caught in patterns they’re ready to change. You might be navigating college adjustments, emotional stress, social or relationship challenges, trauma or loss, attachment patterns, self-discovery, spirituality, self-esteem or belonging, women’s issues, or major life transitions. Life brings both pain and beauty, and reaching out for support takes courage. My work offers a warm, holistic, and collaborative space to explore these experiences with care, creativity, and solution-focused guidance. Somatic psychotherapy with me provides a space to breathe, slow down, and connect with your inner life and wisdom. Drawing from Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Dance/Movement Therapy, I integrate body awareness, nervous system and parts work, creative expression, and practical tools to support emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change. Healing often begins in small moments of being truly met. I believe it unfolds through authentic, non-judgmental connection, where curiosity, attunement, and care create space to rediscover who you are. I offer a warm, supportive presence that nurtures resilience, clarity, self-trust, joy, and a deepening sense of belonging within yourself. Email me to schedule a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
Hi! My name is Dr. Gabrielle (she/hers) and I am a licensed clinical psychologist. First and foremost, I am so proud of you for considering therapy for your healing journey! Seeking mental health services comes with many hurdles and I am so glad you are choosing this path for yourself. I am passionate about empowering my clients to discover ways they can live authentically and intentionally. My approach to therapy is one of warmth and curiosity. I aim to nurture therapeutic relationships that are safe, understanding, and genuine. I typically work with clients who have a history of perfectionism and self-criticism and who may be experiencing low self-worth or dissatisfaction in their relationships. My work with clients often includes providing a safe space for self-discovery and working towards becoming more self-compassionate. Together, we will collaborate and determine what the best course of action is for you! I generally work from a feminist and person-centered lens while flexibly incorporating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as appropriate. I prioritize collaboration with my clients in order to identify their goals and to ensure that they are getting what they want out of treatment. I am committed to providing therapy from a social justice and anti-racist lens and I am an LGBTQ+ affirming and Health At Every Size (HAES) therapist. I absolutely love the work that I do and I am honored to be trusted to hold this sacred space with so many amazing people. My goal as your therapist is that you always get the therapy you want, need, and deserve. In order to do this, we will work together to clearly define your hopes and needs and tailor treatment to your therapy goals.
Change is not linear. I have come to understand the numerous challenges in life that can make you feel as if you have gone nowhere. The anxiety that sets in is alarming and the depression that may later consume you feels debilitating. However, I have also come to understand the impact that we have on our own suffering: how we often jump to "I can't" instead of "I can try." We have all found ourselves deep in self-doubt, feeling stuck in the symptoms of depression and anxiety. Are you looking for a chance to see how change and success can become more linear overtime? My approach can help you get there. My early experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has allowed me to mold the foundations of DBT with other empirically supported treatments (MI, CBT) to fit the needs of my clients. A combination of skill use, gentle challenging of core beliefs and thought distortions, as well as strengths recognition has proven effective with a variety of clients. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive environment that serves as a safe space for you to challenge yourself. I assist my clients in developing a natural reaction of "radical acceptance" in an effort to decrease overall suffering. Together, we can create a mindset that helps you to see your own strengths in any given situation.
Stepping into therapy takes courage and a readiness for positive change. I provide individual therapy to those experiencing a wide range of life challenges including relationship difficulties, work-life balance, life transitions, identity loss, anxiety, depression, and stress management. No matter where you are in your life, if you are looking for a change, you are in the right place. Psychotherapy with me is a collaborative process, and I value authenticity, openness and humor. I strive to create a friendly, supportive, non-judgmental environment. I meet clients where they are and move at their pace. I believe a commitment to personal growth and a strong therapeutic relationship are key to success in therapy.
As a multicultural woman, I not only have personal experience with historical trauma, intergenerational trauma, and women's issues, but I also specialize in grief and loss, sexual assault/violence, suicidality, relationship issues, transitional difficulties, depression, anxiety, identity formation, and more. With experience serving ages 12-adult, I aim to create a safe space to explore an array of different obstacles within the human experience to leave my clients feeling empowered and heard. With a deep personal and professional understanding of social work, social justice, social change, and historical trauma, I align myself in support of the acknowledgement and healing of all Indigenous Peoples, the Black Lives Matter Movement and Black / African American folks as well as many multicultural minoritized individuals and communities experiencing racialized trauma and injustice, as well as the LGBTQIA+ communities continuing to fight every day for equity across systems. I have a well-rounded perspective on spirituality, and challenge myself to do continued allyship work within myself and my practice to show up for the intersections of my clients with a mindfulness around impact, action, and honoring the innate dignity of the whole person.
Our clinicians are experienced in areas such as: Trauma, grief, relationship issues, family relations and couple counseling, yoga therapy and art therapy as well. We invite LGBTQ+ communities .
Healing begins in safe, connected spaces - our practice is built on core values that guide both how we show up as clinicians and how we walk alongside our clients. At Root & Rise Collective, we value connection over correction, curiosity over judgment, and integration over quick fixes. We approach our work with healing that extends far beyond surface-level change.

Clients would describe me as down-to-earth, grounded, validating, and easy to talk to. I value creating a therapeutic relationship that feels genuine and supportive while also encouraging growth and self-reflection. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and those looking for an authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves and heal.
Over the last 25 years I have worked with clients who are seeking, peace, healing and develop insight and self-awareness. In my work with clients, there are several treatment modalities utilized, primarily CBT, Somatic Therapy, Whole Person and art therapy. Everyone deserves a space where they can feel safe, accepted, and truly heard—especially when life gets confusing or tough. My goal is to be that space for you, where we can talk through what’s on your mind and help you feel more in control. Hi there, my name is Dylan Warnari (he/him) I am looking to work with young adults as I find it can be an equally challenging and exciting time for people. There's a lot to consider from school motivation, setting oneself up for a career, and navigating peers/teachers and the college system broadly. Additionally, it can be a time where you're exploring new identities, meeting new people, navigating roommate situations, finding important relationships, and sometimes managing the ups and downs of newfound freedom from parental overhead. My hope is to be a support in helping you explore your options and find those that most align with your values and goals. I have a pretty extensive background in education (can see my website if interested) that has shaped my view that for some, dropping out, and finding a way to do that despite outside pressures, can also be valuable and I can support in that transition as well. Of course, I am open to discussing concerns beyond what's mentioned here including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, coping skills, and identity. I also bring a focus on emotional self- and co-regulation to session. Some additional detail highlights (1) My availability is mostly between 9:30-3:30 Mon - Fri, but if you have additional preferences I may be available, (2) I offer and prefer in-person off I225 and Iliff, but may be open to virtual, (3) 18+ and willing to work with all genders (4) I accept insurance (Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare) and also private pay at $150 a session with sliding scale pricing available.
