Many of us have had eating disorders, and even more of us struggle significantly with body image. As a trained somatic therapist, I hope to support you to have a better relationship with your body, and to understand the language it speaks—including how trauma may have manifested in your nervous system.

I help students struggling with anxiety and ADHD gain confidence and develop skills that support their neurodiverse brains. People diagnosed with ADHD are more likely to experience challenges with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and sleep disorders; this combination can make functioning day-to-day feel like an uphill battle. In our work together, we'll explore self-compassion, your beliefs about yourself and the world, and actions to take to help you feel better. For clients who struggle with ADHD, we'll find ways to improve your executive function skills and how to advocate for your needs as a neurodiverse person. Finding a therapist can be a daunting task, I offer a complimentary 15-minute, no-strings-attached initial consultation so you can decide if I fit what you're looking for. If I'm not a match, I'll provide referrals to other providers who might be what you're looking for.

When you’re the type of person who “shows up” for everyone else, it can be hard to admit you’re burned out. Helping is how you’ve learned to cope, connect and stay safe. My clients often find themselves having sudden health issues or lack of concentration and get into an identity crisis! "Who am I if I can't pull off miracles every day?!?" I offer a combination of psychotherapy and art therapy, which works well for people who don’t know where to start. I also integrate financial therapy into sessions because money issues are often unspoken roadblocks to personal growth. Art therapy is for all ages, and I primarily work with teens and adults.
